Coastal Marketing & Development Co. of New Bern, North Carolina has been developing in the Eastern Coast of North Carolina for the last 15 years, bringing over 50 years of experience developing New England properties. The primary focus of our company has been creating waterfront communities that cater to the boater. Our first priority has been locating properties that offer safe and protected harbors for boaters. Our second focus has been making sure that our properties also offer the storm protection for the homesites. Unless we can meet both of these criteria, we will not develop the property!
Since we are a locally-owned and operated company, our attention to detail is unsurpassed; we create communities that people can be proud to live in. We pride ourselves in building communities that are in harmony with the local environment with as little impact as possible to the existing character of the area. We have established a maintenance program for each community to help insure the beauty and value of our homesites will continue to grow.
